Frequently Asked
Questions

What about supervision?

You will feel quite confident after the first day or two.
After a brief period to get acquainted, your children will supervise and learn from each other.

What advantages does the Trampoline have to parents and adults?

Probably the two most important advantages are body conditioning and weight control. You will find it more effective for conditioning than jogging or gym workouts.

Regarding weight loss?
You don’t often see an overweight sundancer. It’s one of the best devices for keeping in shape for OTHER sports too, particularly those requiring rhythm and timing such as skiing, skating, and diving — even astronauts use a trampoline to train!

Is the free standing or ‘above ground’ model preferable to the ‘pit’ model that is level with the ground?

As a rule, the freestanding model is preferred.
Children are more careful in their actions when they climb up onto something. Because the pit model is level with the ground, they might use less caution. The pit model cannot be readily moved from place to place, and presents excavation and drainage problems. The spice can never be used for anything else once you have a hole in your lawn.

Is any special clothing required?

Any clothing is satisfactory, because the bouncing pad is made of soft, resilient vinyl.
Even shoes or socks are not required. In the summer a swimsuit is perfect. In the winter you can wear a jacket and an extra pair of socks, after a few minutes of this activity you will find yourself warming up.
